- Brain fog & memory lapses
- Mood changes & anxiety
- Irregular, heavier or missing periods

- Joint aches & muscle pain
- Weight changes, especially around the middle
- Low libido & vaginal dryness

Why it matters
Understanding Menopause
Menopause is a natural transition — but that doesn’t mean you have to struggle through it alone.
80%
Find Relief from Symptoms
Up to 80% of women experience symptoms like hot flushes or sleep issues. Personalised medical care may help manage these symptoms.
Bones
Protect Your Bone Health
Menopause accelerates bone loss, increasing osteoporosis risk. Timely treatment and lifestyle support help preserve bone density and prevent fractures.
Heart
Support Your Heart Health
Post-menopause, cardiovascular risks can increase. Individualised care helps manage factors like blood pressure and cholesterol for long-term heart health.
